Smart Snack

IMG_0976This is a little 2 point snack to hold me until dinner.

Ingredients |

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter
  • 2 dried figs
  • 2 strawberries

Instructions |

Take one dainty banana (0pp), slice and stack with 1/2 a tablespoon of sunflower seed butter (1pp). I found both at Whole Foods and decided to try them, great combo and how cute are those little bananas?! I added 2 dried figs (1pp) and a couple strawberries (0pp) for a delicious fruit snack.
