High Protein 3-Minute Sausage and Cheese Rolls

This is a high protein 3-minute sausage & cheese roll for my ‘on the road’ breakfast today.

This is around the same calories/points as those flimsy egg white wraps from fast food joints, but more than triple the protein (32g total!) to keep you feeling full and going strong until lunch.

I made these by rolling up the wrap with a sprinkling of light shredded cheese and a fully cooked chicken sausage. Roll just like a burrito, tucking sides in tightly as you roll and then nuke in microwave for 1 minute (or cook on grill pan or foreman grill for a few minutes) and allow to cool for a minute and place 6 toothpicks evenly spaced in the roll and carefully cut with a sharp knife.
